We believe that in the same way that a university is made up of a wide diversity of people, each with their own backgrounds, needs, and aspirations, Radcliffe Child Care Center gives value to our unity in diversity and works to be a place where everyone is welcome and feels a sense of belonging. Our program is based on our partnership with families, and we always welcome your contributions to our program, whether it be the stories shared at drop-off, your presence at center events, or the questions you raise. When a parent’s expertise on their child and the teachers’ knowledge about child development is combined with an appreciation for the wonder of childhood, amazing things can and do happen.
